Private and Group Lessons

PRIVATE LESSONS:   $125.00/hour, $175.00/ 90 minutes

GROUP LESSONS: PK/Punters/Long Snappers:  $80.00/ person per hour

Location: Negotiable- Travel charge may apply

One-on-One or Small Group instruction in basic fundamentals

On-field video analysis 

Learn and practice proper kicking and punting techniques and form

Proper stretching for injury prevention

Charting and timing of get-off times and hand-to-foot times (for  punters)

Suggested physical training specific to the needs of kickers and punters

Learn how to deal with the mental aspect of the kicking game

Specific drills to help you strengthen any weaknesses and  improve your strengths

Learn how to make solo practice sessions effective and productive
